Welp, welcome to the new blog sight. If you’re joining me from my xanga, welcome. If you just happened to stumble upon this, that’s weird, but you’re welcome as well. Basically, welcome. So, why the change? Several reasons. 1. I like the fact that you don’t have to be a member here to comment. Big deal? No, but I like it. 2. As clever as I thought the name of my xanga was, quite frankly, it just doesn’t do it for me. Updawg? I mean, what’s updawg? (ha ha ha) I like passionateengagement much better. 3. I have full access to this sight at work. Not so much with xanga. And since I have a lot of down time at work, you’ll get more of my mind. Slightly scary… 4. I felt a little… constrained by my previous blog. It’s not that I don’t love having people subscribe to what I’m doing, but if I don’t know who’s reading, I feel a little bit more free to write what I want. So consider yourself warned. You just might be grossed out or even slightly offended by what I have to say. But it’ll all be good stuff. I promise. 5. (and final…) You have to put effort forth to read this! Again, no subscriptions here, so I’ll know I’m loved should you choose to comment on anything, because I’ll know that you made the effort to read.
